Have you ever heard the phrase “It takes a village”? Whether you are looking back to the beginning of the Bible or scowering the interwebs for the social needs of humans you will find that everything you read points to the fact that we are social beings. It seems that everything from neuroscience to biology to psychology to religion points to the fact that we NEED each other. That is what has made 2020, 2021, and the beginning of 2022 so difficult for so many people. So this week’s challenge? Look for ways to connect with people in healthy ways. We need one another. Maybe now more than ever.
